Transcription: In this lesson we are going to cover extracting an element from a photograph. So first you would need to use your image editing software. In this case we're going to use Photoshop Elements 5.0 as our example. You would use that to open the image that has the element that you wish to extract. So if we go to File, Open, we choose our image and click the Open button. So here we can see the image that we then want to extract, in this case the girl out of the image, leaving the door and the wall behind her.
